Responsibilities
Setup and execute wing to wing process for PGTH monitoring device implementation from order to installation and configurationMonitor PGTH monitoring device health (hardware & connectivity)Manage online data dashboard access and customized notification for customersAnalyse, generate regular monitoring data reporting and propose solution to drive PGTH improvement co-action plan with our Tier 1, tier 2 and outlier customersDrive productivity & equipment reliability through PGTH improvements in customersWork with our 3rd party vendors and customers to improve connectivity rate across all of our customers nationwideQualifications and experience
Final year student or newly graduated student , preferably in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.Eager and a quick learner.Strong analytical skillsPersistent mindset is essential, and not afraid to fail and learn from it.Proactive attitude to find ways with complex tasks.Excellent communication skill;Understands basic power system operation & internet connectivity Fluency in English, both spoken and written.Desirable skills
