What You Will Achieve

1.Production Operations
Complete sterile production tasks according to relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch production record requirements. Fill in logbooks and batch records in accordance with data integrity requirements. In order to meet market demand for product output and quality, make full use of various resources, coordinate and participate in sterile production to ensure smooth operations.
2.Participate in the review of batch records, material issuing and returning in SAP; drafting and revising SOPs; organizing and coordinating production activities within processes; training new employees and regularly assessing job performance of staff.
3.Product Quality Control
Ensure that all links in the production process comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements and the company headquarters' Pfizer Quality Standards (PQS). All operations must be performed in accordance with standard operating procedures to effectively guarantee product quality.
4.Equipment Maintenance and Management
Lead and participate in daily equipment use, cleaning, and maintenance with the process team to keep equipment in effective operation and management.
5.Safety and Hygiene
Possess knowledge related to safety and hygiene to guarantee safe production and maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the production site, in accordance with national and company requirements, and comply with relevant management measures.
6.New Products, Equipment, and Processes
Participate in and assist the management team in pilot production of new products and commissioning of new equipment.
7.Team Spirit
Unite with colleagues to achieve common goals and complete team objectives.
8.. Staff Training and Development, Employee Discipline
Assist managers in formulating training procedures and plans, and ensure effective training for employees through appropriate procedures.
9. Improving Production Processes and Efficiency
Improve production efficiency, maximize production capacity, and stabilize product quality through continuous improvement and optimization of processes, equipment, and workflows to meet ongoing development needs.
10. Comply with the company's environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies and regulations, and complete EHS-related verifications and the implementation of new validation projects.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

Education/Experience:
- Technical secondary school: 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical production technology, majoring in pharmacy/chemical engineering;
- Junior college: 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical production technology, majoring in pharmacy/chemical engineering;
- Bachelor’s degree: majoring in pharmacy/chemical engineering;
Special Knowledge:
- Expertise in pharmacy, specialized knowledge of GMP, knowledge of validation, regulations of other countries on pharmaceuticals, labor law, environmental protection law, etc.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and analytical judgment ability;
- Good overall English skills, proficient in computer use and able to operate OFFICE software;
- Ability to continuously learn and acquire new knowledge;
- Ability to handle and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
