We're looking for a proactive and curious CRM Strategist to support the development of data-led customer engagement strategies. This role is ideal for someone who blends analytical thinking with creative storytelling and has a keen interest in using Al tools and prompt writing to accelerate insight generation, content development, and strategic outputs.
You'll work closely with senior strategists, analysts, and creative teams to develop CRM campaigns, personalize customer journeys, and build polished presentations that bring ideas to life.
**Overview**
Key Responsibilities
◦ Strategy. Support the development of CRM strategies across email, SMS, and app channels based on customer insights, segmentation, and brand goals. Help develop and document customer journeys, lifecycle frameworks, and personalization strategies.
◦ Research: Conduct research on customer behavior, market trends, and CRM program audits. Savy at Al prompt-writing for crafting audience insights, creative concepts, content ideas, and competitive research
◦ New Business Support: Build well-designed, client-facing presentation decks that synthesize strategy, data, and storytelling
◦ Collaboration: Work with analytics, creative, media and tech teams to ensure CRM strategy is actionable and measurable
◦ Thought Leadership: Contribute to thought leadership by drafting blog outlines, POV slides, or internal updates on trends in CRM, Al, and personalization
◦ Content Manager. Develop case studies and manage collective IP repositories, helping organize and curate examples of strategic work, results, and templates
**Responsibilities**
Qualifications
◦ 1-3 years of experience in CRM, marketing strategy, or related field (agency or client-side)
◦ Proficiency in Al prompt writing and a strong understanding of generative Al tools for marketing applications
◦ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
◦ Strong writing, research, and verbal communication skills
◦ Fast Learner: Quickly adapts to new tools, processes, and environments, with an ability to grasp complex concepts and apply them efficiently
◦ Growth Mindset: Continuously seeks opportunities for learning and development, eager to take on new challenges and expand expertise in evolving areas
