**Responsibilities**
• Analysing data, thinking creatively and designing innovative strategies to make sure client marketing campaigns
reach their target audience in the most effective way possible
• Assessing the impact and suitability of different media types used to target certain markets based on their clients'
needs and wants
• Developing various options for media plans based on the client's objectives
• Analyzing the client's post-campaign results and recommending refinements
• Interacting with internal and external partners to evaluate, implement, and maintain a media plan
• Collecting and analyzing information on different media channels, such as newspapers, radio, magazines, television,
films, the Internet, and outdoor posters and digital billboards
• Creating or recommending certain media strategies to attract and retain customers, increase the client's brand
recognition, and maintain and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs, wants, and objectives, and then determining which media
channels fit best for specific campaigns
• Learn line functions, operations, management viewpoints and organization process, policies and practices that affect
each phase of business.
• Ensure the correct deployment & implementation of
o on-going brand campaigns
o Application tools on both strategic and implementation level of planning
o Application of BARC Software & other media software’s at various stages
**Qualifications**
▪ 10+ years media planning experience required, with focus on strategic and operational planning and execution, in
regional/global accounts
▪ Demonstrable experience with building effective advertising campaign
▪ Marketing & Media Understanding and Knowledge- thorough understanding of how marketing and advertising
works.
▪ Working knowledge of Media Softwares like BARC, TAM, MAP
▪ Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
▪ Strong client facing and project management skills
▪ Efficient team player
▪ Strong Strategic thinking capabilities.
▪ Knowledgeable about and experienced with the concepts, approaches and issues involved in integrated planning
▪ Adaptive and keen to learn on the digital ecosystem
▪ Familiar with the timelines, processes and needs of the implementation of all media
