To ensure timely and accurate generation of Intercompany & Dealer Invoices for vehicles sold & sourced in Europe Price File Maintenance - Europe team feeds the information about prices and develop rules/codification in the European vehicle accounting system for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. + Respective Europe region Finance Supervisor will provide the latest Price list for the models to be launched / price changes for the existing models which required to be updated in the Ford’s system by Pricing analyst. + To analyse and develop rules to be set in the European vehicle accounting system for the cars manufactured in Europe to generate Intercompany and dealer invoice. + To ensure timely and accurate generation of Intercompany & Dealer Invoices which impacts revenue generation. + To perform quality checks by verifying sample pro-forma invoices to ensure quality output. + To trouble shoot issues about logics / rules, prices by working with upstream team. + Resolving invoice queries / issues with internal audit team as well as claims received from dealers via Marketing team. + To have regular discussion with European markets to ensure inputs are received on time, to generate invoice on time, to resolve pricing queries and invoicing issues.
