To ensure timely and accurate generation of Intercompany & Dealer Invoices for vehicles sold & sourced in Europe

Education Qualification              : Any Graduate or Post Graduate

 

Number of Years of Experience : UG / PG with 2 years or above experience

Previous Experience in Vehicle Related Activities (Preferable) 

Price File Maintenance - Europe team feeds the information about prices and develop           rules/codification in the European vehicle accounting system for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. 

Respective Europe region Finance Supervisor will provide the latest Price list for the models to be launched / price changes for the existing models which required to be updated in the Ford’s system by Pricing analyst. To analyse and develop rules to be set in the European vehicle accounting system for the cars manufactured in Europe to generate Intercompany and dealer invoice.

 

To ensure timely and accurate generation of Intercompany & Dealer Invoices which impacts revenue generation.

 

To perform quality checks by verifying sample pro-forma invoices to ensure quality output. To trouble shoot issues about logics / rules, prices by working with upstream team. 

 

Resolving invoice queries / issues with internal audit team as well as claims received from dealers via Marketing team.

 

To have regular discussion with European markets to ensure inputs are received on time, to generate invoice on time, to resolve pricing queries and invoicing issues.

 

 

Daily vehicle inventory details need to be reviewed and discussed with Supervisor to ensure vehicles are invoiced. Should have futuristic mindset and analytical skill to work on vehicle invoicing process with 100% quality and timely deliverables.

Clear understanding of the request / inputs received from market. Updating the inputs in the system as per the target date provided by market. Analysing and development of rules to be set in the system. Troubles shooting in case of issues identified in internal/external audit, claims from dealers etc., Price list in Local language

Need to build and maintain relationship through Email, Webex meeting and conference call with the following individuals/teams

 

Market contacts of the respective markets  System IT team Internal Audit Team
