We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personnel Security Clearance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing Personnel Security Clearances (PCL’s) in accordance with Honeywell policies and government regulations. This role involves significant interaction with cleared personnel and stakeholders within the organization.

Work Environment
\nOffice-based role with 2/3 hybrid work schedule. Three days in the office and two days remote work.
\nYou will report directly to the Personnel Security supervisor.
\nYou will work out of our Clearwater, FL (FL51), Tempe, AZ (AZ18), or Torrance, CA (CA60) location.

Key Responsibilities
\nProcess incoming PCL requests, initiate new background investigations, and manage reciprocity, continuous vetting enrollments, and renewals in Honeywell and government systems.Review electronic SF86 forms for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all information is correctly inputted and meets compliance requirements.Assist employees through the clearance process by guiding them in filling out their eApp forms and making necessary corrections.Provide status updates and respond to inquiries from applicants, managers, FSOs, and program managers via phone, Microsoft Teams, and emailHelp manage 1500 + PCLs by processing classified accesses, transfers, reciprocities, verifications, Customer Service Requests (CSRs), separations etc.Process CAGE self-assessments, for DCSA audits, plus other various FSO requests.Complete Security training to stay updated on best practices and regulatory developments.\n\n

\n\nThe salary range for this position is $80,800 - $100,900. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. You Must Have
\n\nMust have a U.S. Secret level or higher National Security Clearance\nExperience in the Personnel Security Program (PSP), the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and the Trusted Workforce 2.0 initiative in government security clearance processes and compliance requirements.\nExperience working with government PCL systems and other security-related software.\nStrong knowledge of the National Security eligibility Process, 32 Code of Federal Regulations Part 117, Security Executive Agent Directive (SEAD) 3 and SEAD 4.\nExperience with Information Security including safeguarding Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Classified information\nProficient in scoping standard Form 86 (SF-86) plus alternate versions\nMust be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements\n\n\n
