The University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing is seeking a qualified Personnel Administrator. Recently ranked 2nd (tie) by US News World Report for our Nurse Anesthesia DNP program, 4th (tie) for our Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, and 5th (tie) for our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner DNP program, the School of Nursing continues to be one of the most reputable and well-known nursing education schools in the country for both undergraduate and graduate level programs. The Personnel Administrator will support multiple departments, supervisors, and individuals in all facets of human resources for staff, graduate student academics, temporary employees, postdoctoral scholars and associates, and student workers. The role also ensures payroll runs accurately for employees and provides guidance to supervisors on performance management and hiring best practices.
