The goal is to provide a safe, effective, and progressive transition from a therapeutic setting to a sustainable and independent fitness routine. + Excellent communication skills to educate, motivate, and empower clients transitioning from rehabilitation to independent exercise + Capacity to adapt programming for a wide range of ages, abilities, and fitness levels + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and client progress tracking + Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, customer service, and fostering a positive client experience **Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent + Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field is preferred + CPR and First Aid Certification (required) Certification from a nationally accredited organization such as: + National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) + American Council on Exercise (ACE) + American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) + National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) **Additional Information** + Get to interact with a great team and support staff, and so much more + 401k + Employee Assistance Program (EAP) + Get to interact with a great team and support staff, and so much more!
