Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience3-5+ years of high net worth personal lines underwriting experienceIncredible empathy and understanding of the needs of customers, both insureds and their agents alikeExceptional verbal and written communication skills, a communication style flexible to the situation, and able to communicate clearly and with a purposeFlexibility to work an alternate work schedule including coverage for West Coast customersAbility to travel as needed, including overnight travelProficiency with the Microsoft suite of productsWhat makes you stand out:

• Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $155,000
• Eligible to participate in annual discretionary bonus

The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
