As a **Personal Lines Team Manager** , you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Personal Lines Sales and Service teams. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and engaging a team of insurance professionals, managing performance, and supporting the execution of sales and retention strategies to meet branch targets. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance, service delivery, and team development, while maintaining operational standards and upholding HUB’s reputation in the community. **A Day in the Life – What You’ll Be Doing** + Lead, coach, and develop Personal Lines Sales and Service team members to deliver exceptional client experiences. + Manage all aspects of branch operations including staffing, scheduling, performance, compliance, and client engagement. + Support the execution of sales strategies to drive growth, improve retention, and maximize cross-sell opportunities. + Monitor and maintain operational standards including compliance with industry regulations and internal best practices. + Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members. + Provide regular coaching and feedback through scheduled one-on-ones, team meetings, and performance reviews. + Foster a high-performance culture through clear communication, goal setting, and employee engagement. + Ensure the delivery of consistent, professional service that aligns with HUB’s client service standards. + Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and resolve issues that impact service or efficiency. + Maintain strong working relationships with internal partners and clients to support business growth and reputation. + Actively participate in the local business community to expand HUB’s presence and network. **What You Bring to the Team** **Requirements:** + A passion for people leadership and a client-centric mindset. + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. + Effective communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence outcomes. + A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving. + Proven ability to lead by example and foster a positive, collaborative work environment. **Qualifications:** + Minimum of 5 years of insurance brokerage experience, preferably in Personal Lines. + Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in the insurance industry managing a department or branch. + Level 2 General Insurance license. + Industry designation (e.g., CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM) considered an asset. **Salary Expectations -** The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
