Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a highly regarded mid-sized defense firm in Downtown Dallas to identify a tech-savvy Personal Injury/Construction Defect Paralegal for a hybrid, temp-to-hire opportunity. This is an excellent position for a litigation paralegal seeking stability, a collaborative team environment, and a healthy work-life balance.

Position: Personal Injury & Construction Defect Paralegal
Location: Downtown Dallas (Hybrid - combination of in-office and remote work)
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5-hour workweek (no overtime expected)
Status: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: Competitive, DOE
Practice Areas: Insurance Defense, Personal Injury, Construction Defect

Key Responsibilities:
* Download, organize, and manage large volumes of electronic discovery and case documents
* Coordinate complex, multi-party scheduling for depositions, mediations, site inspections, and expert meetings
* Communicate with expert witnesses, clients, and co-counsel to facilitate case development and document exchange
* Assist with drafting, formatting, and filing of pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence
* Maintain case files and provide proactive litigation support to attorneys throughout all phases of litigation

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* 2-4 years of hands-on experience in personal injury defense and/or construction defect litigation
* Proficiency with e-discovery tools and electronic case management systems
* Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills
* A team-oriented approach with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
* An Associate's degree or paralegal certification
