Position: Personal Injury & Construction Defect Paralegal
Location: Downtown Dallas (Hybrid - In-office + remote flexibility)
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5-hour workweek (no expected OT)
Status: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: Competitive, DOE

Key Responsibilities:

Download, organize, and electronically manage large volumes of digital documentsHandle complex multiparty scheduling for depositions, mediations, site inspections, and expert meetingsCoordinate with expert witnesses, clients, and co-counsel to facilitate document exchange and case prepAssist in the preparation and filing of pleadings and legal correspondenceMaintain case files and provide general litigation support to attorneys

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

2-4 years of experience in personal injury defense and/or construction defect litigationProficiency with e-discovery platforms and electronic case managementStrong scheduling, communication, and document handling skillsA proactive, team-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detailAn Associate's degree or paralegal certification
