Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have an active NJ Bar license and at least 2 years of personal injury law experience.

Job Description

Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury files from intake through trial or settlement Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement documents Conduct and defend depositions, attend mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances Maintain organized, cloud-based case files and ensure deadlines are met Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, experts, adjusters, and opposing counsel Utilize legal research tools and case management software to support litigation Collaborate with colleagues but also work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications

Active NJ Bar license required Minimum 2 years of personal injury law experience Courtroom and deposition experience required Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage 75100 active cases efficiently Experience with case management software (Needles/Neos preferred) and MS Office 365
