Personal Care Worker (Hybrid)

As the Personal Care Worker (Hybrid), you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

Deliver hands-on personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and feedingProvide companionship and emotional support to clientsSupport with safe transfers and use of mobility devicesMonitor and report changes in health or behaviorFollow a personalized care plan under the supervision of a registered nurseTravel independently to multiple home care locations
 

What is Required?

Certified HHA or CNA license (required)High school diploma or equivalent1+ year of caregiving experience preferredDependable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insuranceStrong communication skills and a heart for caregivingAbility to perform safe transfers using gait belts, hoyer lifts, and assistive devicesKnowledge of infection control and emergency response proceduresUnderstanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality
 

You will report to the Field Supervisor.
