BUSINESS CONTEXT AND MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Are you passionate about the fast-moving world of digital commerce? As a dCommerce CSP Assistant, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of how consumers engage with our brands online. Working at the heart of our CD team, you’ll support innovative, data-driven strategies that accelerate growth across leading digital commerce platforms. You’ll help bring digital marketing campaigns to life, optimize the online shopper journey, and ensure our brands shine on the digital shelf.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

Build up Channel Trade Plan activities (Shopee/Tiktokshop/Lazada) & campaign in alignment with Brand Marketing Plans.

Drive the implementation of Digital Commerce trade activities to help achieve sales & share objectives.

Prepare volume forecast by Demand Driver with the understanding of Search, Afffiliate, Flashsale in monthly basic

Deploy trade plan with aligned budget. Monthly & quarterly budget management including planning, tracking & explanation

Review & understand the market share report that enable action plan to fix or accelerate the upcoming trade plan

Assist in tracking the performance of trade activities and category plans.

Support the execution of online store promotions and brand/category activations.

Support logistics and administrative tasks for channel promotions.

Participate in meetings with customers to help communicate category/brand plans.

Collaborate with CSP Manager to support the execution of channel differentiation strategies.

Skills and experience required:

University graduate in business administration, economics or finance;

At least 3 years relevant working experience in FMCG industry & similar roles

Experience in Key Account, Trade category management or Finance (business partnering) is preferred;

Strongly analytical and critical thinking;

Good communication and articulation, able to handle business discussion independently;

Good command of Excel and PowerPoint, able to deal with big data effectively and efficiently;
