How You’ll Make an Impact

Report to the Manager, Customer Experience and Direct Sales.Act as point of contact for new and existing customers.Engage customers on both inbound and outbound calls to determine a service solution or product recommendation to match their needs.Answer questions and guide customers accordingly.Discuss features and options for mortgages and deposits products with customers.Work closely with Customer Experience, Underwriting, Recoveries, Mortgage Servicing, Accounting, and other teams.Provide the Manager, Customer Experience and Direct Sales with early identification of risk trends and opportunities.Engage and participate in all team meetings, activies, and coaching.

What You Bring to the Table

You have a post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. business/commerce) or equivalent combination of education and experience.Previous experience and expertise in managing mortgage renewals or customer retention portfolios is an asset.
