What will I be doing?
A Personal Assistant to the General Manager maintains an efficient and effective Executive Office via the distribution of internal and external mail, independent correspondence and up-to-date registry system. Specifically, a Personal Assistant to the General Manager will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
\nWe are seeking a team member with strong organizational and communication skills to work closely with our Hotel General Manager to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless operations.
Organize the daily schedule, meetings, and visits of the Hotel General Manager
Manage incoming calls, emails, and guest requests, coordinating with relevant departments
Handle reporting, correspondence, and documentation tasks
Planning travels, accommodation, and event arrangements
Provide various administrative and operational support as needed by the General Manager
Facilitate effective communication between hotel departments to ensure smooth and efficient processes
What are we looking for?
Experience as an executive assistant in the hospitality industry or a similar sector is preferred
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Clear diction and guest-oriented work approach
Disciplined, reliable, and respectful of confidentiality
Flexible to adapt to varying working hours
Proficiency in English
Knowledge of hotel operations
