We are seeking an experienced Legal PA to join our client, a busy Edinburgh City Centre based firm. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and organised legal support professional looking to further their career in a highly regarded practice.
The Role
You’ll provide comprehensive PA and administrative support to a primary fee earner, with additional secretarial support to others in the team. This will include managing complex diaries and inboxes, preparing legal documents, coordinating meetings, handling billing processes, and supporting client onboarding. You’ll be confident using systems like Microsoft Office, Adobe, BundleDocs, and dictation software, and comfortable working independently to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting and amending correspondence and legal documentsManaging diaries, travel, and meeting arrangementsSupporting client and matter opening and compliance processesAssisting with billing and invoice managementHandling document production, proofreading, filing, and scanningLiaising with clients, suppliers, and internal departmentsProviding wider support to the PA team as required
About You
You’ll bring prior experience as a Legal PA or Executive Assistant, ideally with a background in litigation or disputes. Strong organisation, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage a busy workload and adapt to changing priorities.
