Personal Assistant/Estate Manager

Our client, a leading sector-focused growth equity investment firm, is seeking a Personal Assistant / Estate Manager to support the Managing Partner in Litchfield County, Connecticut. The hours are 9am-6pm five days onsite.

Responsibilities:

Full personal calendar management and schedulingCoordinate complex travel arrangements and itinerariesManage expenses and household-related financesOversee various projects and vendorsPlan and execute private eventsAct as liaison between principals and household staff

Requirements:

Must live within 30 minutes of Litchfield County, CTPrior experience in a similar hybrid PA/Estate Management roleStrong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office SuiteHighly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritizeDiscreet, proactive, and able to work with a 24/7 service mentalityComfortable collaborating with household staff (housekeeper is already on-site)Event planning experience is a plus
