Personal Assistant/Administrative Team Manager

Our client, a dynamic investment firm, is seeking a Personal Assistant to add to their team. The hours are 8:30/9am - 6pm and they are in office three days a week with two days remote.

Responsibilities:

Manage comprehensive travel planning (flights, hotels, cars, reservations)Handle financial and recordkeeping tasks and bill payingResearch and coordinate dinners, events, home projects, car repairs, medical appointments, gift shopping, package handling, and pet careOversee scheduling and administrative tasks, managing calendars, appointments, and supervising administrative staffProvide corporate administrative support and expense reporting

Qualifications:

Must have 10+ years of personal assistant experienceBachelor's degree requiredMust have good organizational skillsMust have attention to detail and strong communication skills

Compensation/Benefits:

Up to $150K base plus paid overtime and bonusFully paid benefitsFertility benefits, parental leave, tuition reimbursementTuesday - Thursday: free lunch, have a stocked breakfast area too$75/month for cellphoneContinuing education options (PP)401K Match
