You’ll be someone who is both comfortable working proactively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and BDO’s partners to help businesses effectively. You’ll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to organisations we work with.
You will provide high quality, proactive PA support to 5 Partners in a busy and friendly fast-growing team – Technology Risk Assurance (TRA). The TRA leadership team consists of 13 Partners and 3 Directors. You will also work closely with the other 3 PAs, so a team player is vital.
Administrative support will also be provided on an ad hoc basis to the wider TRA team, with a variety of projects including, assisting in the organisation of team social events and away days, training sessions, maintaining team distribution lists, timecards and transfers, processing and coding invoices in Workday. You will be expected to work closely with client’s PAs and internal teams, be an integral member of TRA, act as a role model and always demonstrate our Values and respect confidentiality.
In this busy role you will have responsibility for:
Proactive management of busy, complex diaries, resolving any conflicting engagementsManage the equity Partner’s client portfolioWorking in a fast-paced environment, working to tight deadlines and effectively managing a challenging and varied workloadAssisting in the planning and delivery of team events with specific assistance to be agreed on a case-by-case basisRegularly working with highly sensitive information in a discrete mannerBuilding relationships and understanding the business and personal priorities of the Partners you support and key people across the businessHaving confidence to work on your own initiative.Taking minutes at key meetings, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and are accurateEnsuring that all documentation is brand and CVI compliantSupporting the running of meetings by booking relevant rooms and equipmentEngaging with other members of the London Audit Group Business Support teamOrganise business travel, visas, hotel accommodation, preparation of itineraries, cars etcMonitor meeting invitations of Partners and reply on their behalf when neededDocumentation creation and managementCompletion of expense reports in a timely mannerLiaising with high level PartnersLiaison with the BS Hub in respect of secretarial cover within the group as well as providing support to other PAs as necessary, including holiday and sickness coverActing as gatekeeper for PartnersVisibility of high-level confidential information and maintaining confidentialityResponsible to act on the Partner’s behalf on a range of issues and projectsGeneral administrative assistance to group as requiredOrganising leavers cardsEnsuring appropriate handovers are completed to ensure tasks are passed over accordingly.You'll be someone with:
