Hours are 21 a week Monday - Friday can be worked over 5 days or 4 minimum
Hybrid Role 40% of your working time in the office
Commit for 9 weeks
Provide high-level, confidential admin and secretarial support to the director
Duties include:Proactive diary and travel management, including complex international itinerariesArrange and support internal/external meetings (venues, logistics, refreshments)Manage communications, including emails, correspondence, and visitor receptionPrepare reports, letters, and presentationsMaintain organised filing systems (digital and paper)Manage Directors IT, phone, and expense accountsSupport departmental events and occasional team travelAssist with ad hoc admin tasks and cross-team support as neededParticipate in relevant training and professional development
Experience Required:Candidates will need previous Personal Assistant experienceOr Carried out similar duties within another roleMust have strong MS computer skillsFantastic Communication skills
