Our client based in Gillitts, KZN are currently seeking the skills of a Personal Assistant
Main job function
Diary Management Typing (Reports, Minutes of Meetings, letters etc) Prepare presentations (on occasion) Screening of calls Review and respond to Client Comms Update and maintain Project files (electronic) Schedule and set up internal and/or client meetings Coordinate and book Managers domestic travel arrangements Update Managers weekly timesheets (electronic) Capture Managers times into CaseWare (training will be given). Update Project schedules / Action lists with current info. Update, reconcile and submit Managers monthly payroll expense and general claims Attend to Managers personal errands / other admin that may ariseQualifications
Matric
Secretarial/Admin Certificate preferred
Criteria
Skill Set:
Accurate typist Strong command of English language Strong time management Strong telephone etiquette. Proficient in Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook including Ms Teams) Ability to prioritise various tasks & meet deadlines Ability to multi-task Ability to self-manageOther:
Must have at least 3yrs experience with working in a similar position Must be able to step in and assist others where possible (from time to time) Must be able to work in a communal office set up Must be able to work outside of normal business hrs on occasion (extended work day)
