Perpetual Structuring Specialist

Have you managed product development initiatives from A to Z? Do you want to help us develop new strategic products for our clients? We're looking for a Structuring Specialist to:
• work on the development of new perpetual products to launch on the UBS GWM US Platform which includes hedge fund, REIT and BDC structures; includes direct funds or feeder funds.
• development process includes structuring products, creation of operating model, launch and initial funding. This role’s focus is on structuring and analyzing new products (not investment analysis). Negotiating agreements, structures, and fees is a key part of this role as is reviewing and creating marketing materials.
• need the ability to understand complicated concepts and determine key risk items and disclose in clear and concise ways to our Financial Advisors and clients.
• work closely with external fund partners as well as sales, due diligence, legal, compliance and marketing to bring all parties together to create an optimal and efficient product.
• work with legal counsel on offering materials, understand and review due diligence considerations to couple such considerations with the product structuring, and educate sales and operations on structural issues.
• oversee ongoing management of products and fund manager relationships, including assisting with restructurings and reorganizations, extraordinary events, and other changes to funds on the platform. Be able to coordinate these changes across relevant internal parties and communicate them effectively.
• initiate new projects, innovate and drive change to enhance the client and/or financial advisor experience.
Detailed salary information:
• New York: the salary range for this role is $125,000 to $160,000.
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
