The ideal candidate should have a strong background in performance testing, sizing, and bottleneck analysis, especially using tools such as JMeter, Python, Kibana, Elasticsearch, Azure Monitoring, and an advanced understanding of Continuous Integration platforms such as GitHub Actions. This role is key to ensuring our applications and systems maintain optimal performance under load and stress conditions.
