**Job Summary** Performance test lead offshore to support the performance testing activities involving planning script design execution performance analysis reporting knowledge in Guidewire PC BC and CC Strong in communication and stakeholder management Able to work independently with different application leads teams 3rd party Able to drive meeting and clearly communicate / articulate / identify action action owner and deadline Good presentation / reporting skills **Responsibilities** Analyze and monitor application performance using APM tools to ensure optimal functionality. - Develop and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner to identify bottlenecks and performance issues. - Collaborate with development teams to optimize Java code for improved application performance. - Provide detailed performance analysis reports and recommendations to stakeholders. - Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and work with teams to implement solutions. - Oversee the performance testing lifecycle from planning to execution and reporting. - Ensure performance testing aligns with business requirements and industry standards. - Maintain and update performance testing documentation and best practices. Utilize domain knowledge to tailor performance testing strategies to specific insurance applications. - Communicate performance testing results and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools and techniques to continuously improve testing processes. - Support the development and maintenance of performance testing environments and infrastructure.
