Performance & Strategic Projects Manager – International Partnerships

Why this role?

With over 300,000 vehicles on the road, OEM partnerships are a core strategic growth pillar for Ayvens, a new global mobility leader and a subsidiary of Société Générale.

As part of our Power Up 2026 strategic plan, we are strengthening our central OEM partnership team to support our international growth. We are looking for a Performance & Strategic Projects Manager to monitor and steer the performance of OEM partnerships, while playing a key role in the design and execution of high-impact strategic initiatives.

Your key responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships Operations & Development, you will act as a business-oriented analyst and project lead, working closely with central and local teams across countries.

Performance monitoring and data analysis:

Collect, consolidate and challenge annual targets set by countriesMonitor budget achievements monthly and analyze variancesBuild and manage dashboards and KPIs using Power BIDesign and implement a profitability methodology per OEM partnerOversee the creation and update of the Country Performance Matrix combining quantitative and qualitative inputs

Strategic project management:

Own and animate the OEM Partnerships PlaybookEnsure regular updates, visibility and contribution from relevant teamsCollaborate with Digital & IT on digital partner tools and pricing flowsContribute to internal projects such as audit follow-ups, strategic briefs, intranet updates, and top-management presentations

Optional – Partner management (based on team evolution):

Manage day-to-day relationships with one or more OEM partners at central levelCoordinate partnership activities with country affiliatesIdentify new business opportunities and improve local executionAct as senior representative for the assigned brands within Ayvens

What we’re looking for

Your background:

Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school or universityMinimum 5 years’ experience in leasing, automotive, OEM, or a related industryStrong business acumen and data fluencyComfortable working in a complex, international matrix environmentFluent in English – both written and spokenAdvanced skills in Excel and Power BI

Avec près de 300 000 véhicules en circulation, les partenariats avec les constructeurs (OEM) sont un pilier stratégique majeur de la croissance d’Ayvens, nouvel acteur mondial de la mobilité durable (filiale du groupe Société Générale).

Dans le cadre de notre plan stratégique Power Up 2026, nous renforçons notre équipe centrale pour accompagner notre développement international. Nous recherchons un(e) Performance & Strategic Projects Manager pour piloter la performance des partenariats OEM et contribuer directement à la structuration de projets stratégiques à fort impact.

Vos missions

Rattaché(e) au Head of Partnerships Operations & Development, vous intervenez en tant que véritable "business analyst stratégique" auprès des équipes centrales et pays, avec un périmètre d’action large et visible :

Pilotage de la performance des partenariats :

Collecte, consolidation et suivi des objectifs pays avec les International Partnership ManagersSuivi budgétaire mensuel et monitoring des performances via Power BIConception de dashboards et KPIs stratégiques (performance & rentabilité)Mise en place d’une méthodologie de profitabilité par partenaire OEMAnimation de la "Country Performance Matrix" (quantitative et qualitative)

Conduite de projets stratégiques :

Animation et mise à jour du Playbook des partenariats OEMProjets d’optimisation de process digitaux en lien avec les partenairesProduction de contenus à destination du top management (briefs, rapports, présentations)Coordination transversale avec les équipes Finance, IT, Sales & Procurement

(Optionnel) Gestion directe de certains partenariats :

Suivi des relations avec 1 ou plusieurs partenaires stratégiques (comités, workshops, bonnes pratiques…)Identification de nouvelles opportunités business dans les filialesReprésentation d’Ayvens auprès des OEM à l’internationalCe que nous recherchons

Votre profil :

Diplômé(e) d’un Master (école de commerce, ingénieur ou université)Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans l’environnement automobile, leasing ou chez un constructeur (OEM)Forte appétence pour les chiffres, l’analyse de données et la stratégie businessÀ l’aise dans des environnements complexes, matriciels et internationauxCapacité à structurer, convaincre et travailler en autonomieAnglais courant impératif – Vous travaillez au quotidien avec l’internationalExcellente maîtrise d’Excel & Power BI
