About the RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-savvy Performance Marketing Coordinator to support our user acquisition efforts across multiple countries for our brands. You will play a crucial role in managing data pipelines, analyzing, and delivering actionable insights to improve efficiency and scale in key markets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining numbers with impact and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage reporting for app acquisition campaigns across Google (UAC), Meta, and other mobile platformsUpdate and maintain campaign performance dashboards across countries and regionsAnalyze key KPIs (Installs, CPI, ROAS, retention, LTV) and help drive insights by geography and audience cohortCollaborate with the media and strategy teams to support budget allocation, optimization, and localization effortsEnsure accurate attribution setup through MMPs for app journeysSupport A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and landing flows; track test results and recommend improvementsRequirements2–3 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on app campaignsHands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Snapchat, and mobile attribution toolsStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google SheetsFamiliarity with multi-country campaign strategies, localization, and market segmentationComfortable working with large datasets and presenting insights in a structured mannerStrong understanding of full funnel metricsNice to HaveExperience with BI tools ( Tableau, Power BI)Exposure to campaigns across SEA, India, MENA, or other emerging marketsFamiliarity with Firebase, GA4, and SQL is a plusExperience with affiliate marketingContract DetailDuration: 6-month contract (extendable based on performance and business needs)
