NBC Sports Next is where sports and technology intersect. Our portfolio includes leading online movie ticketer, Fandango, which tickets for more than 31,000 U.S. movie screens; world-renowned entertainment review site, Rotten Tomatoes; and Fandango at Home (previously known as Vudu), the on-demand streaming service offering the industry’s best selection of 4K UHD titles and more than 250,000 new release and catalogue movies and next day TV shows.    The Performance Marketing Coordinator position will play an integral part in the Performance Marketing team executing highly visible campaigns for several key brands across Fandango and NBC Sports Next. This position will support the execution, analysis, and optimization of multiple paid marketing campaigns across several ad platforms. This position will work closely with leadership to identify and manage areas of opportunity to optimize primary KPIs and OKRs. The ideal candidate will bring the skills necessary to apply industry best practices and data-driven strategies across all areas of paid marketing.  + Support paid marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.  + Demonstrate a deep understanding of multiple core advertising platforms including hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.  + Monitor campaign performance, conduct deep dive analysis, and flag opportunities to optimize performance across digital marketing tactics and channels.  + Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in digital marketing.   + Collaborate with Sr. Manager, Performance Marketing to develop and execute best-in-class paid social and search campaigns.   + Demonstrate organizational skills, and ability to work independently with a backlog of projects and tasks.   + Demonstrate the ability to launch campaigns from the ground-up, including research, competitive analysis, audience ideation, and technical best-practice by ad platform.  + Other duties as assigned by leadership. + Bachelors’ degree in Marketing or a related field  + A minimum of 2+ years of relevant business experience with strong focus on paid search & paid social  + Experience setting up social advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.  + Strong understanding and application of PPC principles, tools & methodology.   + Excellent analytical, prioritization, organizational, and quantitative skills.  + Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)   + Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks/assignments/projects concurrently  + Takes initiative and is self-motivated; ability to perform duties with nominal direction; a proactive, self-starter  + Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized  + Consistent, regular, and punctual attendance required  + Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the Orlando, FL office, a minimum of three days per week.  As part of our selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview with an NBCUniversal employee at one of our locations prior to a hiring decision.
