Essentially, we get to have the best of both worlds – the feeling of being in a bespoke micro-agency, but with the overall support of the wider agencies. You will be responsible for making a real difference in our clients’ business - and our own. **The role** Excitingly, we are currently on the lookout for a well-versed **Performance Manager (SEM)** to join our Publicis LeOne team. Whether you’re an established Manager looking to gain significant exposure to a category leader, or a driven Senior Performance Executive eager to take that next step upwards, we’d love to hear from you! _This is an incredible opportunity to drive the strategic direction and implementation of Haleon’s SEM accounts._ You’ll be responsible for leading the planning, optimisation and performance of paid search campaigns, across a highly visible roster of brands, working closely with key client stakeholders to deliver best-in-class results. From a people management perspective, you will oversee the development of an offshore team member, and provide guidance on their day-to-day delivery of work. Problem solving, attention to detail, strong communication, client servicing know-how and qualified paid search knowledge are the keys to this role. **Key responsibilities** + Own the end-to-end strategy, planning and execution of Haleon’s paid search campaigns across relevant platforms + Stay up to date with the latest trends and platform developments in SEM, and apply this knowledge to enhance campaign performance + Present and articulate approach, ideas and developments to client stakeholders and the wider team + Ensure budgets are spent according to the plan and delivery is to target + Reporting at a monthly and quarterly basis, making sure details are clear and accurate + Manage and oversee the development of the offshore team member including day-to-day oversight of their work across implementation, pacing and optimisations.
