**What you'll bring to the team** **Performance Lead** **Location:** LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY **Hours:** Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7 **Contract Type:** Permanent, variable hours (£13 per hour) Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Performance Lead to join our AWESOME Resort Operations Team! Our Performance Lead will support our Resource and Planning team with formal employee relations meeting facilitation, with a heavy focus on cases around the Company sickness and absence policy whilst supporting in other cases. The Performance Lead will have the opportunity to work closely with our front-line team members, influencing and coaching in order to foster an inclusive workplace environment.
