The Role:
The role will contribute to implementation of the FBT Procurement Analytics strategy, leading end to end coordination of processes from data gathering to analytics output. The focus will be to enable insights on core procurement analytics by working with senior partners to collect demand & delivering on this using modernized visualisation tools like Power BI. This role will cover areas of customer/stakpartneragement and experience, analytics visualisation, data management and continuous improvement. This role is highly collaborative which will involve facilitating brainstorming sessions and working closely with the team to form the correct solutions that will meet the different business needs.
Key Accountability:
The key accountability for the Performance Intelligence Manager is to ensure quality outcomes are delivered on behalf of FBT Procurement S2C team specifically:
Performance Metrics of FBT procurement S2C
End of end procurement health metrics
Data insights & analytics for procurement
People
Accountable to handle the performance of a team comprising of 5 to 6 individuals.
Performance management for team members as appropriate
Build an inclusive environment recognizing diversity of team members
Communicate clear instructions to team members & listen to team member feedback
Drive rewards and recognition program for team members
Drive teamwork ethos for the benefit of the company and the team
Create/ Review /Refresh dynamic goals for team members to align the team with specific process objectives
Assist in project coordination, recruitment, training and management of people
Support career development framework, personal development plans and succession planning for team
Stakeholder Management
Influence stakeholders at all levels and across all businesses to drive adoption of spend analytics and ensure that the suite of tools and reporting continues to drive Procurement strategy.
Collaborate with Finance and Commercial functions in the business to assure data quality and completeness.
Interact with I&E to identify and accurate data anomalies and deliver improvements.
Work with service delivery partners to build and manage balanced data control processes and high-quality service delivery.
Operations
Delivery of data visualisation, analytics and business intelligence to support procurement performance, cost saving, compliance and supply chain risk management globally across the BP group
Lead the timely delivery of key strategic reports for BP leadership
Implement standard methodologies for the BI process and proactively identify, propose and implement continuous improvement opportunities in existing processes within the team.
Understand performance trends and ensure OLA adherence even during seasonal peaks and troughs
Conduct daily, weekly and monthly meetings and operational reviews as required with offshore teams to resolve issues, and provide status reporting

Experience and Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the analytics field covering data management & partner engagement.
Must have experience in management a team.
Must have experience in stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge of Procurement Supply Chain Management (PSCM) concepts is a must
Knowledge of Source to Pay (S2P) processes will be an advantage
Knowledge of ERPs and procurement systems (Ariba, SAP, JDE) will be an advantage
Knowledge of Agile methodology will be an advantage.
