Performance Industry Manager, Large Customer Sales
Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree. + Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Preferred qualifications: + 3 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners. + 2 years of experience working in the media industry or on performance products. + Experience working with B and C-level agency executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management. + Experience in a leadership role. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users. As a Performance Industry Manager within Google's LCS Agency team, you will be a strategic partner to key advertising agencies, primarily focusing on driving growth and adoption of Google's performance advertising solutions, particularly Search and Performance Max. You will leverage understanding of the digital advertising landscape and consultative sales skills to build relationships with C-level clients and stakeholders within these organisations. Your primary focus will be to understand their business objectives, identify opportunities for growth through Google's product suite, and co-develop long-term strategies that ensure their success and maximize Google's share of wallet. You will lead cross-functional teams within Google to execute these strategies, drive product adoption, and achieve growth goals in an evolving and complex digital environment. Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences. + Build and manage strategic relationships with C-level clients and stakeholders within your assigned agency, forming an understanding of their business and marketing objectives. + Present the value of Google's advertising products to help agencies meet client objectives, focusing on performance marketing solutions and demonstrating measurable impact. + Drive Demand Led Growth strategies and advocate the adoption of Google's AI-powered advertising products and new formats within your agency partnerships to win market share. + Co-develop and execute short and long-term joint strategies with agencies, driving adoption of Google's performance solutions (Search, PMax, Measurement, etc.) ensuring alignment on growth goals. + Lead cross-functional teams within Google to implement strategic initiatives (e.g., Joint Technical plans with gTech), drive product adoption, and achieve growth goals for your agency.
