As a Performance Improvement Lead (PIL) at our 24/7 Runcorn site, you’ll partner with Packaging Team Leaders to deliver measurable improvements in OEE, changeovers, and waste reduction — while developing your own leadership potential with a clear path to Area Manager. **The Impact You’ll Make** You’ll partner with Packaging Team Leaders (PTLs) to embed a culture of **Zero Stops, Zero Waste, and continuous improvement.** This role is about **real influence** — shaping behaviours, improving processes, and ensuring changes stick.
