We are driven by a passion for motorsports and a commitment to delivering cutting-edge technology to the track and the road. We are seeking an experienced, talented and highly motivated Performance Engineer to lead vehicle optimization across all Ford Performance Motorsports platforms within the Performance Engineering Group.

In this position…

You will lead a group of engineers, focused on optimizing vehicle performance, and be responsible for directing the team’s efforts to apply vehicle dynamics, aerodynamics and powertrain technical solutions to total vehicle performance through car build, integration, setup, simulation and race strategy.  The successful candidate will ensure continuous improvement of performance and process to achieve industry leading performance across all Ford Performance Motorsports disciplines, including, but not limited to NASCAR, Sports Car, Demonstrators, NHRA and Off-Road. 

This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days per week in the office in Concord, NC.
