Job Duties + Under broad direction, responsible for coordination, evaluation of needs, monitoring development, and/or providing guidance to individuals. + Reviews personnel performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. + Mentors employees of the assigned area with competencies, training, onboarding, personnel evaluation, and processes related to Career Development. + Promotes and monitors alignment to these processes. + Interfaces, partners, and works effectively with Leadership and Talent Management relative to employee development and performance evaluation issues. + Supports the hiring process for assigned Product Service Line (PSL); in collaboration with Human Resources and Hiring Manager. + Visits field, labs, shops, and other locations to review people's performance and identify knowledge gaps.
