The Marketing, Sales & Service Field organization plays a critical role in shaping Ford & Lincoln’s future. As a Lincoln Sales Specialist, you will leverage data analysis and trend identification to make recommendations that directly impact business decisions and enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with retailers, ensuring optimal product allocation and maximizing customer lifetime value. We embrace an audience-first approach, driving customer loyalty, vehicle repurchase, and increased sales across vehicles, parts, accessories, and services. You'll be the voice of Ford & Lincoln in the field, connecting directly with retailers.

You'll have...

Bachelor’s degree in business (Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, Communications, or related field) 0-3 years of relevant professional experience Up to 4+ days/week, up to a four-hour drive radius, 100+ miles, potential overnight stays (i.e. Tues-Fri, and air travel as needed) Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver's license

What you'll do...

As a Lincoln Sales Specialist, you will join a team that provides automotive retailers consulting expertise in areas including but not limited to: Develop Retailer action plans including Tier 3 marketing, Retailer experiential events, etc. to deliver Lincoln new vehicle and Certified Preowned (CPO) business plan targets. Achieve all Wholesale tasks develop order bank management strategy with Lincoln retailers to promote fast-turn inventory. Execute sales events through sales meetings, ensuring dealer checklists are being followed and promoting the event through all parts of the Dealership. Assist Retailers in understanding variable marketing programs and review and submit (if necessary) C&I exceptions. Lead development Retailer level action plans to improve the Client experience through Net Promoter Score (NPS) as measured by OneCX and Dealer Loyalty metrics in coordination with Lincoln Experience. Collaborate with Lincoln Experience Manager and appropriate team members such as Ambassadors, Coaches, etc. Coordinate with Lincoln Service Specialists and Ford counterparts on all key cross dealership initiatives, esp with dual dealers to ensure differentiated experience is executed and work with Lincoln Ambassador to support development of Lincoln Way sales processes through all dealers. Develop Retailer level action plans to improve operations and profitability and identify high impact stores to provide in dealership consulting to improve Dealer operations. Work with Management team to support training and development of all members of the Lincoln team and develop a culture that embraces Ford OS.
