Barilla G. e R. Fratelli is looking for a Performance Controlling Analyst (temporary contract) to join our Performance Controlling team. The role reports to the Performance Controlling Associate Director and it is based in Parma (Italy). Job Purpose The Performance Controlling Analyst will ensure constant and effective monitoring of business performance for the whole Barilla Group in budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes relating to each Process unit and Region. Preparing analysis and insights for the Board and the company stakeholders about business and financial performances, to support strategic decision-making process, in compliance with Group accounting policies and procedures.    Key Accountabilities • Ensure constant monitoring of key performance indicators to track achievement status of assigned goals and address emerging issues related to unit’s performances • Contribute to the setting up of advanced data analytics tools to improve discovery capabilities to address emerging issues/opportunities related to specific business segments • Provide information and prepare ad hoc analysis on Group performance for ad hoc requests from internal stakeholders • Follow operating guidelines and procedures to manage the performance controlling model of Barilla Group Requirements • Master Degree in Economics or Engineering • 1+ years of experience in a similar job would be a plus • English and Italian fluency are mandatory • Analytical skills • Results oriented and problem-solving attitude • Experience in dealing with internal/external stakeholders • Team player attitude • Growth Mindset
