Performance Controller Team Lead role is located in Alpharetta, GA. This position is a hybrid or remote opportunity depending on the candidate’s background. Remote eligibility applies to current Siemens employees or individuals with a demonstrated history of success in remote work environments.
Responsibilities: Lead and drive system governance and digital reporting related topics and initiatives across DI US LCB. Coordinate planning process, including the monthly forecast process as well as annual budget process. Ensure process and content alignment within DI US LCB. Develop and implement enhanced reporting and financial processes via the use of digitalization tools and strong operational process understanding. Identify areas to optimize via data gathering, root cause analysis, and performance trends to drive financial performance. Responsible for data validations and data transfers in month-end and forecast processes between ESPRIT/Smart Reporting, SAP, and SAC. Prepare various standard and ad hoc financial reports, trend reports, as well as KPIs to provide meaningful and accurate financial information. Leverage Technology with Purpose by strategically using digital tools and AI prediction models, to enhance financial planning, performance analysis, and reporting to ensure the organization is equipped to solve real-world challenges. Complete month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings tasks which include but not limited to: KPIs tracking, monthly journal entries, and other required reporting deliverables for PC. Drive and streamline synergies for reporting within PC team for optimal financial performance. Ensure clean books and records, maintaining the highest standards of financial accuracy. Support and collaborate with Zone US, HQ on standard and ad hoc requests to meet deadlines timely. Possess thorough understanding of financial standards to ensure proper accounting, controlling and reporting. Maintain a growth mindset in own work, team, and cross-functionally in a dynamic business landscape. Complete ownership and self-starter. Basic Qualifications:7+ years of corporate experience in financial planning, analysis, and business modeling. Experience in Performance Controlling. BS/BA degree from an accredited university. Demonstrated success working with multiple functions in Finance. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship now or in the future. Ability to travel occasionally (less than 20%). Preferred Qualifications:
Expertise in advanced reporting tools and data visualization (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau). Full ownership and self-starter mentality. Enthusiastic and fast learner with the ability to break down complex assignments.

The pay range for this position is $89,670 - $153,720 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
