**What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment**
+ Facilitation
+ Operational Initiatives and System Training support.
+ Clearly and concisely conveys written information orally or in writing to individuals or groups to ensure that they understand the information and the message.
+ Facilitating groups in a classroom setting; communicating with diverse groups and individuals.
+ Ensures the content delivery matches the learners needs.
+ Ensures the preparedness of classrooms / kitchen facilities for all training sessions.
+ Oversees the maintenance of training kitchen operations, sanitation, equipment and food ordering processes.
+ Program Design, Development, Administration and Sustainment
+ Works in collaboration with other departments to support development, delivery and sustainment of the MIT training program.
+ Designs, develops, and updates of all MIT guides, LMS content, and job aids.
+ Completes MIT follow up throughout training. Partners with training stores to ensure MIT experience and performance.
+ Collaborate with Field Human Resources and other regional support teams to identify opportunities for training improvement.
+ Communicate and coordinates training program implementation.
+ Field Support
+ Works with Manager of Home Office Performance Coaches, Field Performance Coach Manager, and Internal Stakeholders to effectively assist in MIT training development and company initiatives.
+ Monitor the MIT training program execution in the training stores and assigned stores.
+ Perform training needs assessment for gaps in performance and develop consistent training solutions that align with business objectives.
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Preferable experience as Cracker Barrel General Manager or Retail Manager; or 3+ years of management experience
+ Preferable experience working in New Operating Platform (NOP) Cracker Barrel stores
+ Serve Safe Proctor (preferred)
+ Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with all levels of the organization, particularly middle to senior leadership.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Excellent organization and prioritization skills, ability to meet aggressive timelines.
+ Proficient at Microsoft Office suite, strong computer skills
+ Strong decision-making and conceptual thinking
+ Rounded experience in restaurant and/or retail leadership with proven positive results.
+ Must be able to travel to stores throughout the company – Spend 15 % of their time in the Field, 85% supporting HO training sessions (facilitation and administration).
+ This position will require a relocation to the Home Office is not a remote or hybrid role.
