As a Performance & CI Lead, you will ensure the efficient operation of our maintenance management system by managing asset data, optimizing work order processes, and enhancing preventive maintenance schedules. You will play a crucial role in improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting our maintenance team through data-driven insights and system enhancements.

Main responsibilities:
Manage and Maintain CMMS Software: Oversee the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the CMMS to support maintenance operationsWork Order Management: Create, schedule, assign, and track work orders to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and repairsPreventive Maintenance Planning: Develop and optimize preventive maintenance schedules to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtimeAsset Management: Maintain an accurate database of assets, including maintenance histories and technical specifications within the CMMSData Analysis and Reporting: Analyze maintenance data to generate reports on KPIs such as downtime, maintenance costs, and asset performanceInventory Control: Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and availability for maintenance activitiesTraining and Support: Provide training and support to maintenance team members on effective use of the CMMSSystem Troubleshooting and Optimization: Identify and resolve issues within the CMMS and suggest improvements for better efficiencyAbout youExperience:
Experience in a multi-national manufacturing environmentProven experience with SAP Maintenance modul (CMMS is an asset)Soft and Technical skills:
