If you are highly motivated and thrive on collaborating with others, we want you on our team! This role is charged with conducting performance improvement and planning activities with their team leads for performance management, quality improvement, strategic development and deployment, planning. Responsibilities: This position will work across HHS to support all performance management, quality improvement, and planning efforts. Facilitation skills are a must! Strong project management and oral and written communication skills are also critical for this role. What You’ll Do: + Lead and facilitate quality improvement efforts, including + Advising on the appropriate QI tools and processes + Recommending change management strategies + Guiding team members in developing improvement work plans + Identifying performance measures + And documenting the QI story. + Lead and facilitate performance management meetings, including + Advising on the measures to discuss + Soliciting leadership support + Recommending performance improvement strategies + And monitoring the performance measures. + Create performance management dashboards using PowerBI, Microsoft Excel or other data + visualization tools. + Lead and facilitate plan development meetings, including + Advising on plan creation + Guiding team members in plan development + Providing consultation during implementation and monitoring the plan + And developing a communication strategy for the plan. + Be able to work with multiple teams across the Department + Develop communication plans and products to share progress, inform on processes and + procedures, and train staff.
