We are seeking a Performance\nand Compliance Leader to play an integral role within the team, focused on\ndeveloping the quality and process systems and monitoring performance and\ncompliance to meet all of Honeywell’s (HWL) contractual requirements, based at\nFrankston Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the client representative, contractual key stakeholders, service partners and end usersEnsure communication is two way and all requests are responded to promptly and within required timeframesWorking alongside the Mobilisation Lead and Engineering Lead to achieve compliance pertaining to successful delivery of hard services to ensure KPI deliverables are met safelyActively build, manage and maintain compliance to all site PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) tasks
Ensure detailed understanding of the contract and KPI requirement and ensure processes utilised achieve the expectations of the KPI's and minimise site abatement risks, including performance monitoring and reporting requirements in line with all contracted KPI requirements

Key Experience & Capabilities:

Tertiary or post trade qualifications in business, facility management, engineering or related discipline5 years’ experience in a highly complex operating environmentAbility to understand, interpret and comply with contracts and contractual requirementsManagement experience within dynamic, high pressure environmentStrong communication, both verbal and written
