Performance and Analytics- Officer

As an Officer, you will serve as the first line of communication for Performance Measurement clients, supporting senior leaders across all aspects of performance services. You will play a key role in fund setups, benchmark construction, and reporting, while ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries through close coordination with internal teams.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality client service and operational support. Your core responsibilities include:

Managing direct ownership or shared responsibility for servicing clients of varying sizes and complexities.Performing value-added reviews throughout the client reporting and data cycle to ensure accuracy and reasonableness.Engaging in client discussions on performance methodology, calculations, reporting, billing, product structures, and scenario analysis.Monitoring client inboxes and coordinating with internal teams to resolve inquiries promptly and effectively.Understanding client reporting requirements and recommending optimal use of technology and plan structures.Overseeing client deliverables and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement and reporting actual results.Coordinate change management activities, including new fund launches, benchmark assignments, and investment structure updates.Maintaining documentation related to scope of services, procedures, risk assessments, contacts, and deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in investment performance, client reporting, or financial services.Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.Desire to pursue CIPM certification.

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $102,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
