Job Description

Are you passionate about data and performance-driven insights? Join our dynamic Slots Team and help shape strategic decisions across our product portfolio.

As a Performance Analyst, you’ll work closely with Regional Slots Managers to provide the data-driven intelligence that powers our revenue growth. You’ll play a key part in identifying opportunities, driving efficiencies, and helping us unlock the full potential of our player and venue performance.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver insightful reporting on product, player, and venue performance – including stakes, win, margin, and other key metricsBuild and refine a robust reporting framework that enhances visibility and drives strategic decision-makingSpot performance trends and translate complex data into actionable, commercially valuable insightsChampion analytical best practices across the Slots team, empowering colleagues to make smarter, data-led decisionsTrack and evaluate the success of new products and campaigns, assessing ROI and shaping future developmentsPartner with suppliers to access and optimise third-party data sourcesSupport wider business initiatives through ad-hoc projects that explore new revenue opportunities or cost-saving measures

QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar role within the gaming industryUnderstanding of slots and gaming industry and the key performance driversStrong quantitative and analytical skills, critical thinking and a customer-centric approachResults driven with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insightsComfortable using coding and programming for data manipulation and analyticsExperience working with visualization tools to present insights effectivelyAbility to foster and maintain strong relationships with both suppliers and internal stakeholders, building trust and collaboration
