You support roll out and maintenance of “Perfect Store” and deployment of Shopper Activations so Mondelēz can grow top-line sales while delivering stunning visibility in-store with consistent best-in-class visibility solutions.

How you will contribute:

You will: 

lead end to end delivery of POS materials supporting Perfect Store principles and Shopper Activations (incl. Xmas/Easter) from design to readiness to implementation on store level,Support Perfect Store Program roll out – communication with field force & with 3rd party agencies/producers,  Support Shopper Activations agenda – execution of shopper activations in-store for superior visibility,monitoring of internal Perfect Store KPIs & agency KPIs tracking for continuous improvement of processes,use Mondelēz harmonized displays & design simplification principles; maintain project documentation & reporting to communicate clear status of projects,manage all activities in line with timings and budgets agreed administration of budget.

previous experience in a similar position (POS design, Trade Marketing function),FMCG category knowledge a distinct advantagefinding new and innovative solutions,problem solving,analytical skills,organizing and prioritizing,English & Polish language skills.
