At UCLA Health, you can do all this and more with a primary focus in oncology patients. We are seeking an Ambulatory Oncology Pharmacist for our Bowyer Infusion Pharmacy. The Clinical Oncology Pharmacist acts as the medication management expert by providing accurate drug information to providers, nurses, and other clinical staff. In additional to verifying orders and making clinical interventions, the individual will also oversee compounding in alignment with USP, Board of Pharmacy, and other regulations, ensure medications are received, stored, labelled, transported, and wasted appropriately and collaborate with members of multidisciplinary health care team to optimize patient's medication therapy. Schedule: Varied shifts, depending on department needs, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work a set weekend rotation. Required to have the ability to travel to multiple work sites within UCLA Health.
