PEPTIDE CHEMISTRY - RESEARCH ASSOCIATE Responsibilities Peptide synthesis manual and automated synthesizers and purification HPLC and other purification methods Peptide conjugate synthesis and post-synthesis peptide modifications and purification Lead optimization and peptide SAR Develop conjugation chemistries to materials and analytical characterization of peptide based new chemical entities Requirements B.S. in Chemistry with 0-3 years experience Prior experience working with HPLC systems and other analytical instruments Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, organized and responsible Perform laboratory experiments in consistent, reliable, accurate and timely manner Communicates clearly in written and verbal forms Effective team skills and ability to understand deadlines and commitments Strong work ethic
