Kforce has a client seeking a PeopleSoft/Workday Developer in Miami, FL. Responsibilities: * Customize PeopleSoft components: PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, BI Publisher * The PeopleSoft/Workday Developer will build and manage integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Web Services/APIs * Troubleshoot system issues related to payroll/time calculation and absence management * Create reports via PeopleSoft Query, PS/SQL, Workday Report Writer, and Prism Analytics * Ensure compliance with FLSA, ACA, tax reporting, overtime, payroll deductions, etc. * Handle system testing: parallel payroll, T&L validations, integration, and UAT * The PeopleSoft/Workday Developer will support transitioning from PeopleSoft to Workday Payroll & Time Tracking * Stay updated on systems, tax changes, and regulatory compliance
